We drew traditionally then scanned into After Effects. The slight jitter of characters is meant to reproduce the Filmation animated spin-offs of the 70s (Star Trek, Happy Days etc). Cels were reused so many times in overseas studios that the peg-holes became worn and so the images would shift around on the animation stand.
